Canucks Sports & Entertainment is committed to delivering extra-ordinary experiences for our guests at Rogers Arena through innovative programs and state-of-the-art services.

In an effort to enhance the enjoyment our fans experience at Canucks games in Rogers Arena, Canucks Sports & Entertainment has teamed up with GuestAssist, a company that provides two-way text messaging-based communication between ticket holders and arena staff, allowing for improved management and response to guest concerns and questions. As well, texting will allow fans to report incidences discreetly and without fear of confrontation.

Code of Conduct

All persons entering Rogers Arena voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to any event. Guests should be aware of hockey pucks that may enter the seating area.
