Fans Serving Fans
Our vision is that all our fans and guests have an extraordinary experience every time they enter our arena – whether it be their first time, second time, or 300th time. The philosophy called "Fans Serving Fans" outlines the level of service that we are committed to providing.
Fans Serving Fans has four components to it. Using the word FANS as an acronym, the service we are committed to providing is:
F for Fun and Friendly
A for Accountable
N for Now!
S for Sincere
As a way to reinforce the program with all our staff, we developed a recognition program called Fan Mail. Fan Mail is intended to help promote and encourage staff to go above and beyond or exceed the principles and standards of Fans Serving Fans by providing recognition and rewards when employees demonstrate the ideal behaviours on a consistent basis.
The program allows for managers, supervisors and staff to recognize one another. We would also like you to participate in Fan Mail. If you feel one of our staff members has provided you with exceptional service, please feel free to acknowledge them with a piece of Fan Mail by printing and completing the Recognition Ballot below and returning it to us next time you visit.
