GENERAL INFORMATION


Do you have disabled washrooms?

Unisex or family service washrooms are located on Level 100 at sections 103 and 109 and on Level 300 at section 319. All other washrooms have wheelchair accessible stalls.


Is there a place to feed my baby?

Family service washrooms are located on Level 100 at sections 103 & 109 and Level 300 at section 319.  These rooms are equipped with baby change tables and chairs. Also in the women's washroom across from section 318 lounge chairs are provided for breast-feeding.

 


What is the age limit for a child to enter without a ticket?

Children over 36” in height require a separate ticket and must sit in their ticketed seat for safety and obstruction reasons and for the consideration of those seated around them.

 


Do you have bank cash machines inside the building?

We have seven (7) ATM bank machines located at sections 101, 104 and 114 on the Plaza level and sections 306, 310 and 316 on the Balcony level.  An ATM is also located outside the Wiser's Centre Ice Grill restaurant.


Where can I go to smoke while attending an event at Rogers Arena?

In accordance with City of Vancouver Health Bylaws, the previously designated outdoor smoking areas will no longer exist (main public gates, smoking terrace on L200). Guests will be able to smoke prior to entering Rogers Arena at a distance greater than six meters from any door / openable window / air intake. Once in the building there are no in or out privileges.



Do you have tours of Rogers Arena?

Yes, public tours are available on Wednesdays and Fridays or by special appointment.  For further information call 604.899.7440 or check "tours" on our website.


Do you have TTY (Teletype) phones for the deaf?

Yes, we have two (2) phone locations at Guest Services Centre section 114  on the Plaza level and section 310 on the Balcony level.


I missed the 50/50 number, what is it?

Please call 604.899.7850 for the 50/50 Hotline or check the Canucks.com website.


Do you have any booster chairs for my child?

Yes, we have booster chairs at Guest Services Centres at sections 114 & 310. They are available on a first come, first serve basis. Guests will be asked to leave their Driver's license or credit card number as a deposit.


Where can I store my stroller or wheelchair?

It can be stored at the Guest Services Centres located at sections 104 (hockey only), 114, 310.


Who do I call if I have lost or found an item at Rogers Arena?

Call 604.899.7803 for lost and found items during regular business hours.


If you find an item during an event, please take it to one of the Guest Service Centres located at section 104 (hockey only) 114 or 310.


How can I purchase underground parking at Rogers Arena for events?

For Hockey: Suite holders and club seat holders have prepaid season passes for the underground parking lot.

For Concerts: Guests may prepay for parking when they purchase tickets for an event through Ticketmaster. Parking underground on the day of the event is available on a first come, first serve basis.

For Disabled Guests: Guests should call the Guests wtih Disabilities Hotline at 604.899.7445 to reserve an underground disabled parking stall. Stalls are limited and are sold on a first come, first serve basis.


How can I put a birthday or anniversary message on the Scoreboard and how much does it cost?

  • Special messaging on the scoreboard is $20 for hockey games only. A credit card is required.
  • A maximum of 60 characters is shown on the bottom ring of the scoreboard.
  • Message must be booked at least 2 business days prior to the game day.
  • Marriage proposals are NOT allowed at games.

In case of emergency what number should I call?

Guests should register their seat location at the Guest Services Centres. If there is an emergency call 604.899.7400 (event reception) and a message will be forwarded to you.


Are we allowed to bring our cameras into the building?

Use of audio and video recording devices is prohibited.

For hockey games non-flash still photography is permitted. Camera lens must not exceed 75 mm in strength. 

The camera policy for all other events is subject to change.

What time do the doors open for the hockey game or any other event?

Doors typically open one hour before the start of the event. (For example: if hockey starts at 7:00 PM, the doors will open at 6:00 PM).  Please contact us at 604.899.7400 to confirm door opening times for a specific event.


How can I rent the building for an event?

Please call our event sales representative at 604.899.7471.


How can I rent a suite for my company?

Please call our Premium Client Services representative at 604.899.7423.


How can I rent the ice?

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Can I use my charge cards at the concessions?

Yes, all permanent concession stands will accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express. All portable kiosks accept only cash. INTERAC CARDS CAN ONLY BE USED AT ATM MACHINES.

Canuck member cards can also be used at all concession locations where credit cards are accepted.  Member cards can be used to purchase food & beverage during Canuck games and all other events at Rogers Arena.


Where can I go to eat before or after the game?

The Wiser's Centre Ice Grill located on level 4 is open two hours prior to game time and approximately one hour post game. Located on the north side of the building, the Wiser's Centre Ice Grill  is open during Vancouver Canuck hockey games only.

Are we allowed to bring food or beverage into the building?

Outside food and beverage is not permitted in Rogers Arena. All concession services are provided by Aramark.


SOUVENIRS & GIFTS

Where is the store (Canucks Team Store)? What are the store hours?

The entrance is at Gate 6 on the corner of Abbott Street and Pacific Blvd, on the Southeast corner of the building.

Hours of Operation:

Monday to Saturday 10:00 - 5:00 PM.
Sundays 12:00 noon - 5:00 PM.

(Store closes at 4:30 pm or earlier depnding on the start time of game night.)

TICKETS

What time does the box office open?

Hours of operation: Monday to Friday 9:30 - 5:30 PM.

Except for Event Days & month of September 2011 Monday – Saturday 9:30am – 5:30pm



Where is the Rogers Arena Box Office and will call window?

It is located on the north side of our building across from the Stadium-Chinatown Skytrain station and beside Gate 10.


VANCOUVER CANUCKS

How can I get a player's autograph or appearance? Can I get players' autographs during warm-ups?

Unfortunately due to the high number of requests, we are unable to accommodate these types of requests.

Throughout the year, players will make special appearances at various events and locations around the lower mainland where fans are able to meet players and receive autographs. Dates and locations of player appearances are posted on the Canucks.com website.
