BANK MACHINES
Direct Cash Machines (ATM) are located on the Plaza Level at Sections 101, 104 (River Rock Club) & 114, on the Balcony Level at Sections 306, 310 and 317 and on Level 400 outside of the Wiser's Centre Ice Grill.
ENTRANCES
General public entrances are located at Gate 2 (off the Dunsmuir St. Viaduct), Gate 3 (up the stairs from Expo Blvd.), Gate 7 (up the stairs from Pacific Blvd.) and Gate 8 (off the Georgia St. Viaduct).
Gate 6 is the Canucks Team store entrance and is located at the corner of Abbott St. and Pacific Blvd.
Gate 16 (formerly Gate 5) is off of Abbott Street and is the entrance for guests with a disability as well as a pick up and drop off area.
Club seat holders and executive suite-holders can enter at Gate 10 off Expo Blvd. or Gate 1 off the Dunsmuir St. viaduct.
ELEVATORS
Located at Gates 1, 16 (formerly Gate 5) and 9 for guests with disabilities and suite-holders.
EMERGENCY PHONE CALLS
Guests can be reached in case of an emergency during hockey games and other events at Rogers Arena. Please leave your section, row and seat number with those who may need to contact you. They may phone Rogers Arena at 604.899.7400 to reach our operator, who will have a staff member locate you. Remember to register your seat location at one of our Guest Service Centres.
FIRST AID
Services are provided to guests attending events at Rogers Arena by St. John Ambulance attendants.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Rogers Arena offers an array of specialty food and beverage products from 30 concession locations offering over 165 points of sale throughout the Plaza and Balcony concourse levels.

PEANUT ALLERGIES
If you are attending an event at Rogers Arena and have a peanut allergy we will do our best to make your experience as comfortable as possible. Prior to attending the event please contact our Guest Services Coordinator to advise us of your allergy and seating location. By being informed our housekeeping and event staff will do their best to minimize the impact of other guests who may be eating shell peanuts in your area. Our First Aid staff will also be informed of your seat location. While we are happy to apply our efforts to try and accommodate guests with peanut allergies, we encourage all guests with peanut allergies to take the necessary precautions and come prepared with medications to address such medical conditions. Our Guest Services Coordinator can be reached at 604-899-7440.
GETTING TO ROGERS ARENA
Situated between the Georgia and Dunsmuir Street Viaducts, Rogers Arena is bounded by Griffiths Way on the west, Expo Boulevard on the north, Pacific Boulevard on the south, and Abbott Street on the east.
The building is easily accessible by public transit and the Stadium/Chinatown Skytrain station. Parking is also within a 15 minute walk of more than 5,000 parking spots. This includes our own underground parking, lot 987 which can be accessed from Griffiths Way on the West Side of the building.
GUEST SERVICES CENTRE
Guest Services Centres are located on the Plaza Level at Section 114 and the Balcony Level at Section 310. During hockey games, our Guest Service Centre at Section 104 in the River Rock Club, is also available. Our staff will be pleased to respond to all guest enquiries and suggestions.

Services provided include the following: reuniting lost people; transportation information; emergency assistance; booster chairs, Hearing Assistive Devices; ticket enquiries; collecting and returning lost and found items; storing wheelchairs/strollers and registering guests in case of emergency "Guest Finder."
Assistive listening devices and children's booster chairs are available free of charge at the Guest Service Centres. A credit card or photo identification is required as a deposit for use of these items. Assistive listening devices are available only during hockey games. While sitting in their seats, a visually impaired or hearing impaired fan may listen to the play by play announcements on Team 1040 (88.5 FM).

GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES
Gate 16 (formerly Gate 5) on Abbott Street is the designated drop-off and pick-up zone for our guests with disabilities or accessibility concerns. Access is facilitated by mid block curb ramps and direct access to the elevators located inside Gate 16.

LOST & FOUND
Please call the Lost and Found line at 604.899.7803, 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m., seven days a week.
During events, lost and found items should be taken to and/or claimed from the Guest Service Centres.
RESTAURANTS
The Wiser's Centre Ice Grill is Vancouver's only live sports dining restaurant that puts you right in the action. With tables viewing the field of play, sports fans are provided with a spectacular vantage of Vancouver Canuck hockey games. The Grill opens for dining two hours prior to the start of the game. Reservations are highly recommended and can be made by calling 604.899.7525. View tables are ticketed and may be reserved through Ticketmaster at 1-855-523-6800 or

SOUVENIRS & GIFTS
Our Canucks Team Store retail outlet is accessible from Gate 6 located at the corner of Abbott st. and Expo Blvd. During Canuck hockey games you can access the store from the Plaza Level off the concourse at section 114. A satellite store is located at section 121 and additional merchandise kiosks are located throughout the concourses. The Canucks Team Store features an appealing selection of team apparel and souvenirs. Hours of operation are Monday to Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. During events regular store hours may vary due to event requirements.

TICKETING
Tickets may be purchased for events at Rogers Arena by calling Ticketmaster at 1-855-985-5000 for all events.
The Rogers Arena box office is located at Gate 10 off of Expo Blvd. Wheelchair accessible ticket windows are available.

(Open on Saturdays or Sundays ONLY during game and event days)
During Canuck games, the box office closes at the end of 2nd intermission. For concerts the box office will close once the headline performer takes the stage. Will Call services are available for guests picking up tickets prior to an event. Guests are required to show photo identification when picking up tickets.
For hockey games and other events at Rogers Arena, seats in non-alcohol sections are available.
