Event Sponsorship Guidelines

Rules for On-site Exposure

All event sponsors wanting on-site exposure at Rogers Arena day of show must abide by Rogers Arena rules and regulations.

A list of event sponsors must be presented by the Event Organizer to Rogers Arena for approval a minimum of 21 days in advance of the event. Rogers Arena will then determine which sponsors are a competitor to the building and/or Vancouver Canuck sponsors.

If less than 21 days is provided, Rogers Arena will make best efforts to approve prior to the event.

Where possible if sponsorship opportunities exist for an event, preference should be given to official sponsors of Rogers Arena and the Vancouver Canucks prior to being offered to a competing sponsor.

COMPETING SPONSOR

If the event sponsor is a competitor, on-site exposure is restricted to the following locations:

  • Inside the building - on or proximity to the stage and front of house mix position. For example, banners can be hung from the mix barricade and on or around the stage.
  • Outside the building - to the outside north or south plaza areas
  • Limited to a temporary freestanding structure
  • No hanging banners from the building
